Brazoria County Young Democrats is the official youth arm of the Brazoria County Democratic Party, comprised of progressive people ages 14-40. The Brazoria County Young Democrats are committed to giving young men and women a voice and making a difference in the political process at the federal, state and local levels. We work to encourage the youth of Brazoria County to get involved in making Brazoria County better. Our goals include: electing and supporting Democratic Candidates; encouraging youth involvement in the Democratic Party and the community; supporting the ideals of the Democratic Party at all levels of government; instilling in young people the values for which the Democratic Party stands; and providing young people with the skills and experience they will need to lead our nation. Many of the activities we will be involved in are community service related although we will also be helping our local candidates by holding rallies and other events which can be costly.
