The Senate made me proud when they overcame a GOP filibuster threat and voted to open debate on The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

This is an important step toward the final part of our Health Reform initiative. Once the Senate ends debate, their bill will be voted on by a simple majority. In the final step, the House bill and the Senate bill will be combined and the President will sign it into law.

Over these last few months, we have been blessed to witness the workings of our government in the way our Founders envisioned. We have heard debate from all sectors, including those opposed to this reform.

We have incorporated as many of these viewpoints as we possible can, through our open and vigorous democratic process. From town halls to the steps of the Capitol, we have studied this reform from every conceivable angle.

This reform will cut the deficit, cover the uninsured, and bring down costs for small businesses. And that's just the start, because once we have a healthy population we will start to see savings in other areas as well.

Its times like this that I admire the principles of our Founders so much more. They constructed a system of Checks and Balances, that at times seems inconvenient, but are wholly necessary in the end.

That is one reason I never could understand the Right's aversion to government and belief that it only hurts the individual and society. That belief could not be further from what our Founders believed. They designed our system with those concerns in mind, because they were escaping previous systems in which the King or the Church had too much power.

Today I am proud to see a functional government once again. Democracy can be messy, but its a beautiful mess - and while it may be imperfect, it still works to produce the best result for the times.

Bless the Founders and bless those representatives who work in government because of civic virtue - From here on out, let's try to put our differences aside as Democrats and stand together in our support, so they can pass Health Reform before the end of the year.

Clearly there are some posters on this blog in need of information (that is, information provided from sources other than Glenn Beck).

So, perhaps we should start posting little facts to keep the more combative members of this site informed. That way we can help them to either make better arguments, or perhaps we'll even persuade them to our side. Think its impossible? Well, one must remember even the most belligerent trolls come here for a reason: they must be confused or insecure about their own beliefs and they must be curious about ours.

So let this be the first installment of a series of posts sharing information that will hopefully educate us all.

Question: but what exactly is Deism anyway?

The implications of Isaac Newton's physical theories of mechanics, which treated the universe as if it were a machine (hence the term "mechanics") built by a creating god yet running on its own principles independent of the interference of the creating god (though Newton never denied that God couldn't interefere, just that he didn't), encompassed much more than physical change and movement. Soon other areas of experience came to be regarded as mechanistic and independent of divine interference: social structures, economics, politics, and so forth. Each of these areas could be understood and manipulated solely through rational methods, since they operated through consistent and orderly laws and principles

The philosophes of mid-eighteenth century France developed this mechanistic view of the universe into a radically revised version of Christianity they called deism. Drawing on Newton's description of the universe as a great clock built by the Creator and then set in motion, the deists among the philosophes argued that everything—physical motion, human physiology, politics, society, economics—had its own set of rational principles established by God which could be understood by human beings solely by means of their reason. This meant that the workings of the human and physical worlds could be understood without having to bring religion, mysticism, or divinity into the explanation. The Deists were not atheists; they simply asserted that everything that concerned the physical and human universes could be comprehended independently of religious concerns or explanations.

People who don't really understand what Deism is like to use it as a way to claim the Founders saw America as a decidedly Christian nation, and that there should be no separation between church and state.

The fact is quite the opposite.

The Founders, inspired by the Philosophes of the Enlightement, believed that religion and laws should absolutely be separate. They also believed religion was a bad influence on societies and was the cause for much war and suffering. They believed in the power of rational thought, laws, and government, to improve the quality of life through scientific progress, rational behavior, and improved social structures (a.k.a. what conservatives lamely call "entitlement programs").

So I hope that clears it up for anyone who is curious or confused about the Founders intentions, and about what Deism means.

Deism: Deism is a term coined in the philosophe movement and applies to two related ideas: a) religion should be reasonable and should result in the highest moral behavior of its adherents; b) the knowledge of the natural world and the human world has nothing to do whatsoever with religion and should be approached completely free from religious ideas or convictions.

On this, the day after September 11th, we still remember the tragic terror attacks on our home soil. But one group remembers the national rage we felt on September 12th, 2001. They call themselves the 912ers, and their leader is Glen Beck. And their latest public demonstrations are not at tea party protests, but town hall events. They are not at every town hall protest, but when the insurance industry incited mobs quiet, you can hear the 912ers speak. “I want us to go back to the Constitution!”, “The Founding Fathers didn’t want this!”, and “I want my country back!” are their cries. My question to them is, “Do you know what that means?”

We would have to throw out the Bill of Rights. Even Hamilton objected to the Bill of Rights in the Federalists papers. Although, his argument was not against the rights themselves, but that the bill suggested they were the only rights. Further, they were not ratified until four years after the Constitution. That means no freedom of the press, assembly, speech, or religion. No right to a trial by a jury of your peers or to protect you from unlawful searches or seizures. That is the question I am asking myself. Watching little snipets of the news( I don't watch the news anymore, I read it online) , I'm worried. Town hall "tea baggers" who carry loaded guns outside of presidential events, shout "Death To Obama" and other degradations all because President Obama wants to change health care for the better. There are also the "birthers" who want to deny President Obama's US citizenship because they still cannot believe that an African American man is president of this country. And the frosting on the right-wing backlash cake, manipulating the American public, scaring them into thinking that Obama is a socialist, Sarah Palin's "death panels," etc.

We all know who is running this whole backlash, the Republican Party. Here's the proof: Rupert Murdoch has a monopoly on American mainstream news media, and every cable news station is either connected to him through mutual CEO friendships/funds. What Murdoch thinks is broadcast on every network in every shape or form. Murdoch is a registered Republican. To add to that, investors in these networks who are politically conservatives have the last say in what narratives and perspectives get put on screens. Why is Dobbs, Beck, and Cramer still on the networks when they screwed up so much and scare people to death? Think certain Arabian leaders who fund al-Queda and you have another form of domestic terrorism. Republican Congressmen and women are ordered by Steele to do whatever means possible to prevent universal health care from happening in this country "by any means necessary." Tap on Murdoch's shoulder, and we have our population scared shitless and left even more ignorant and uneducated on how Obama's health care will help us. Who is running this operation? G-O-P, who want to run this country from the backseat. Old strategies indeed. The GOP won in 1994, they shouldn't win in 2009.
Another aspect of the GOP's desire to lynch President Obama is inherent racism. With everything Obama does, he is inspected and thought of differently because of the color of his skin. Former president Bush made this country so close to fascism, yet everyone is viewing his efforts as light and favorable. Now, an African American man is president and they are giving him the Malcolm X treatment. Talk about a double standard! Not to mention, if anything, this health care thing and people's misunderstandings on it have wakened the sleeping dragon, of racism. All this is hype and fear, what is this? The Bush Administration?!

If anything, people just need to educate themselves or at least someone should start a bumper sticker campaign, "Eight Years We Lived With An Idiot, Time To Start Thinking Again." I don't want to see President Obama hanging from a noose outside of the White House.

This is the time for real change to occur. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents must come together in a bondsmanship and make policy that works for all Americans. Not the rich Americans, not the middle class, not the lower class- but for all the citizens in the United States. Healthcare, economic policy, and security must be changed and/or preserved.

Amidst the foreign policy failures of George W. Bush, North Korea has got to be one of them. Throughout the Bush Administration, all Bush did was warn against North Korea and use weak diplomacy regarding them. This is another previous administration leftover that President Obama is dealing with.

Obama needs to send a diplomatic team over there just to show that Obama is not Bush, that seems to be why Kim Jong-Il is testing him by threatening a nuclear attack on Hawaii. We can work this out people, because I don't want the worst to happen. I don't think anyone wants the worst to happen. I do not want to feel afraid anymore, like I was with George W. Bush, who went in and out of his way to scare the shit out of me.

Obama is not Bush, he'll do the right thing. Strong diplomacy, which we now have, is our way out of this mess.

A while ago, President Obama said that he would like the world to no longer have and use nuclear weapons. Obviously, it is easier said than done.
In the wake of North Korea's attitude, however, I feel like as busy as we are with reviving our strong diplomacy, we need to use that again towards North Korea and use our resources properly to prevent any immature actions from taking place.
As someone who just experienced eight years of weak diplomacy and a man who only knew how to exploit them for his and an exclusive fews benefit, it is VERY important to stress that we need to use our diplomacy and not ending up prematurely exhausting it just to prove who's the man here. It is time to make peace a priority. We don't have to lead nations through conservative imperialism, we can lead by example. If we make peace a priority, we can energize our diplomats to encourage the same thing.
In the past, America has gone through a Cold War whose leftovers we still have in the refrigerator of our collective minds, and Bush did set up a Reaganite international standard before leaving his presidency. This American does not want 20th century reruns to determine the course of action for the next 4-8 years. If we make peace a priority, and actually work towards achieving that, then we can not deal with unfriendly countries and their nuclear experiments. Personally, I think Kim Jong-Il is bluffing when it comes to the whole "let's test nuclear arms on Hawaii so I can be taken seriously," but the mentality I have applies not only to him in this circumstance. Any male world leader who is trying to prove his masculinity through nuclear arms is not a man, but a coward with ammunition. George W. Bush was a coward with ammunition by trying to prove his masculinity through invading Iraq. I think President Obama is saying one thing and working out ways of preventing the worst from happening, which is good. It's pragmatic. We need pragmatism.

Because I for one, could live in a world without nuclear arms.

I was watching Wall Street last night, the Oilver Stone movie, and it suddenly hit me that the past 8 years, with Bush in office has been like a Ronald Reagan wet dream in regards to the three fundamentals of government.

Economically, it was all about spending money, giving tax breaks to the better off, corporate tax breaks, and flushing our money down the drain into a guaranteed quagmire of foreign policy excrement(Iraq).With the rich getting richer and being allowed to break the rules for personal gain, we had an economic culture of Gordon Gekkos running around.

How this transpired into our foreign policy is this: Bush's Iraq was Reagan's Iran-Contra realized. By invading a country and using an unjustified,invalidated excuse(Reagan-communism; bush-terrorism), Bush was able to sponge benefits from Halliburton and disguise it as "bringing democracy to the world" but in effect giving communists in Nicaragua the same juice of support the way Bush the same ideological juice to support their activities through this distraction. By making sure Nicaraguan Communists got weapons from Iran with US taxpayer money, in the end it would supposedly make America come on top, the same way by making sure Americans originally believed the lie that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and thus, flushing our money down the drain with the support of top CEO bigwigs in our economy to "make the world safe for democracy." With weak diplomacy and overseas investments, the American economy was bound to get into a recession sooner or later. But, unlike Reagan, who totally fixed it so that his number 5 would get the blame(Oliver North) and not him, Bush just pressed away and faded out, thus making it safe to give Obama all the problems he is currently trying to solve.

Reagan and Bush had the religious right to back them up and expanding media conglomerates to convince the supposed uneducated masses that they were the big man in charge and that if you weren't okay with it, demonization and being called unpatriotic.L ike Reagan's Moral Majority's effect on the social climate of America, the values we stood behind we, as a country, were ready to trample on so long as the big man kept us scared shitless. Abortion, habeus corpus, Geneva Conventions, the Constitution, free election. We are currently experiencing what was literally leftover from the Bush administration.
and Bush made it safe to put all the blame on the guy fixing all the problems left behind: President Obama.After 8 years of unregulated economic activity, it makes sense why people are so uncomfortable and ready to play the fascist card because Obama is regulating again.

What Obama is doing is not as bad as people fear it to be. The companies he bought are only temporary buys until the company can independently function again, and some have recently graduated from that temporary fix. His plans of cutting off overshore accounts has to do with stimulating gross national product within the nation, the key to making America independently economically successful again. By limiting CEO's indulgent behavior, he is preventing another recession from happening in the next 25 years.and, another great thing, delegating the transference of national gross product from oil to alternative resources, which is sorely needed, because it will produce jobs and it will make the grass greener, so to speak. By universalizing health care with public and private options, Obama is creating healthy economic competition in the long run because with options come picking who has the best for you, etc. So far, amidst all this, his only competition is weak mass media propaganda paid for by the beneficiaries of the status quo and their affiliates and lobbyists who are dependent on their last financial fixes from oil and coal.

Just thought I'd share.

Okay, President Obama has been President for over 5 months, and I just wish that people would give the guy a freaking break! I mean, he inherited the mess left behind by George W. Bush and is doing his best to sort and organize this mess. Being the first African American president, his stakes are raised higher because our society because he is an African American man in a job that has been formally occupied by white men.

Also, he is doing the best he can to fulfill his campaign promises. Anyone with common sense and a sense of how long it takes for political change to happen in this country by D.C. standards should know by now that it takes time for these changes to occur. The most we can do is continue to stay informed, sign the petitions, and show our support. Also, it is important to know that a goal was to bring back respectable bipartisanship. The GOP is up to their old tricks and using their mass media conglomerates( since conservative Republicans own, invest in, and are more than likely to sponsor what news comes out of the boob tube than ever before) to misinform and scare the living daylights out of us and the people who cannot think for themselves.

In light of these things, I would like to commend President Obama for lifting the gag rule, trying to establish a timetable for leaving Iraq, developing a strong diplomacy team, improving our responsibility to the environment, and busting his ass to fix and stimulate our economy. He's doing the best he can, and hasn't lost sight of his principles that we voted for last November. The political right has done a lot to combat such progress, leaving some conservative Republicans to think that the way he is stimulating the economy and steering money back into the US "fascist." All he is doing is what the economy needs right now, basic regulation. Because of de-regulation dating all the way back to Reagan( not considering however Clinton's 8 years of successful economic prosperity and expansion, more on him later) and amplified by George W., not to mention our money being flushed down the toilet of Iraq and tax cuts for the rich 1% and tax breaks for corporations, we are in the current state that we are in. Our real problem is not with Obama, it is with our idea that a President can magically fix everything all at once like a magician while we sit back and do nothing about it. It is a time to do something about it. Clinton didn't fix Bush I's leftovers in the first 6 months of his presidency, and no one judged him harshly for it, we should do the same for President Obama.

One more thing, I am sad that California upheld its ruling against the equal right for people to marry of the same gender. But, there is a movement growing that will sure give whoever is behind these rulings, legal and otherwise, a run for their money.

Political villains were rampant in 2008. It was impossible to give a single award for the injustices committed for solely political reasons this past year. For the first time ever, Democratic Talk Radio was unable to even narrow the infamous winners to just two. We have selected three “Villains of 2008� to share the award.

Our first choice is obvious. Fox News wins the first 2008 villain slot for their disinformation campaign against ACORN. The efforts of Fox News to provide political cover for Republican efforts at voter suppression during the 2008 elections were, in the opinion of Democratic Talk Radio, the lowest thing ever done by Fox News.

The second winner for 2008 political villain is George McGovern. Fans of Democratic Talk Radio may be surprised by this choice. Frankly, we never expected to be giving a former Democratic Presidential candidate a villain of the year award. However, McGovern has lent his name to the Right-Wing, corporate effort to undermine workers’ right to unionize. George McGovern has allied himself with the anti-worker efforts to defeat the Employee Free Choice Act. His TV commercials are frankly an open act on working Americans. McGovern has disgraced himself by joining with the most anti-working class political forces in America and misleading the American public on the nature of the Employee Free Choice Act.

The Senate Republicans out to destroy the American auto industry and the United Auto Workers union are our third villainous winners. Senator Corker of Tennessee, Senator Shelby of Alabama, Senator McConnell of Kentucky, Senator Vitter of Louisiana and their fellow Senate Republicans put the interests of foreign corporations over the interests of the American economy. Since all were opposed by the United Auto Workers in previous elections because of their militantly anti-worker voting records, their efforts are obviously motivated by personal political considerations that directly undermine the national interest. These Senate Republicans have sided with foreign companies to drive down the wages and healthcare benefits of American workers.

The hero of the year selected by Democratic Talk Radio is Al Franken. The American nation should be delighted at his political courage and determination. By insisting that all the votes be counted in the 2008 Minnesota Senate race, Franken has set a good example for all candidates running for office and for American voters. American Democracy has been strengthened by his resolve.

Al Franken will be a great asset should he eventually prevail when all the votes are finally counted. Norm Coleman has been very aggressive in his attempts to undermine a free and fair counting of the ballots.

Oh these Southern Senators who will not support any Made in America union workers, who only support foreign automotive Conglomerates with non union southern workers. They figure they will get these jobs by failing to support Made in America Corporaions

These Southern states have poured billions of dollars into foreign car manufactures and tax benefits and their U. S. Senators will not support an American Automotive Company because it has Made In America union members, why that is treasonous.

Why these Senators claim to have brought foreign car non-union manufacturers to the South in their reelection campaign, where lots of Mercedes, BMW, and Japanese campaign funds fills there campaign chests.

But because these American companies are American and have union members they are somehow less deserving, why these Senators have outsourced their patriotic souls.

I ask Senator Selby, how much has Alabama supported Mercedes Benz in tax dollars? Why does he include them in his legacy?

'IT DOES NOT CONCERN ME'

Children slowly die from starvation, in blistering hunger. Their bellies fill and expand with need. The eyes roll back into their infantile skulls in sunken misery. They bathe their chapped skin out of the same stagnant pool civilization has allotted them, and then quench their thirst with the same water. It does not concern me; I am an American.

Behemoths of death glide over the unforgiving surface of the gentle and delicate oceans. They send the carcasses of their steel kin to the bottom, to bleed their toxins into the gills of the children of the drink. They drag their screens of doom, raping the vitality of the deep blue sea. It does not concern me; I tend to the vitality of America.

A market place erupts into a macabre spray of fire, shredded produce, and the flesh of men, women and children. Religious patriots lob crudely constructed explosives into crowds. They reap the crimson glory for Allah, for Christ, and for Jesus. It does not concern me; I am a citizen of a great nation under God.

Whole countries bolster their economy on growing, producing, and manufacturing illicit substances. They aid international militants in their quests of terror. They slash down the great grandfather trees without an ounce of respect for their age, their function, or themselves. They fight, kill and die for primitive non-renewable resources. With great effort they smuggle their poisons through our borders. It does not concern me; I am an American consumer, and they can do what they want.

Men achieve great feats of martyrdom and bring down majestic mountains of steel and glass and gold. Brits lose lives, Japs lose lives, Frenchman lose lives. They all lose lives. Americans lose lives, and the streets of Babylon are filled with the dead. I am America, and I shall make the world pay the price, and cooperate with my vengeance lest they face my wrath.

When done, her hellfire spent, the beaten and weary citizens of a crumbled nation shall arise to see their crushed cities smoldering from the helping hand of America. It is a punishing hand, a disciplined hand. She shall feed them, and clothe them, and dictate their new government. Then the small men, the silent women, and the quivering children shall look up at the ominous figure of Lady Liberty and say “thank-you� to their great savior. They will have to rebuild the cities, and pick-up the dead, because America has done the hard part for them. But when the refugees come knocking at her door, she shall swat them like diseased flies, turn them away, and send them back to the dusty little hole that they came from. It does not concern me; I am an American, and that is the way it should be.

I was thinking to myself again about the classic hypocrasy and injustice of matters/issues regarding "ECONOMICS" and "SOCIO-POLITICAL ISSUES" when discriminating/ discerning PUBLIC or PRIVATE jurisdictions and/or the enforcement of the U.S. Constitutional Civil Liberties governing them.

Ergo:

Ultra-Liberals (in America more appropriately called "SOCIAL LIBERALS"/ aka the "Far Left" are the Ultimate Social and Political Hedonists. Wanting what they want, when they want it, how they want it; from whom they want it from; it what combination they want it in; as quickly and as conveniently as possible; with little or NO regard for current or past moral, cultural, or social tradition, norms, or morays. MAXIMUM liberties; MAXIMUM benefits; WELFARE-STATE; SOCIALIZED HEALTHCARE; any number of personal economic systems--socialized after that;

SOCIAL LIBERALS. "SOCIALISTS." They like to call themselves "Progressives," but THEY ARE, indeed, NOT.

PROGRESSIVES; are painstakingly disciplined; conservative or liberal (usually moderate) socioeconomic political producers. That's a fact; JACK.

NOW--SOCIAL LIBERALS say things like "Live and let live..." interestingly (in theory) the cry of the Libertarian or Classical Liberal. Only the Classical Liberal and the Libertarian MEANS IT.

...while a REPUBLICAN would say: "Live and let DIE..."

Classical Liberals et al. are MONDO-SERIOUS about CIVIL LIBERTIES, PRIVACY, etc.

NOW; here is the hypocracy; A group--take your GAY RIGHTS movement; marches down on the STATE and/or FEDERAL scene; thereby making themselves PUBLIC; attempting to affect sweeping PUBLIC change.

IN THE PROCESS--groups of them viciously interfere with their peaceful opposers RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH (in PUBLIC); and RIGHT TO ASSEMBLY; now if that protestor group was a formal group; they could be BROUGHT TO TRIAL...

NOW; again--as a political paradigm/school: SOCIAL LIBERALS; who are so big into "Live and Let Live" right?

Well then--why is it that the SOCIAL LEFT interferes (for many, many decades now) with SO MANY of our PRIVATE MATTERS?

A child's RIGHT to read a BIBLE in SCHOOL!?

A Blue Collar working-poor family's RIGHT to 100% of their PRIVATE BUSINESS earnings (INCOME); or EVEN;

WHAT CONSTITUTIONAL PRECENDANT and "RIGHT" DOES the SOCIALIST LEFT have to STEAL anyone's money? Even if it is EARMARKED for "SOCIALIST" programs. So tell me the distinction? How is it different.

It is the BIGGEST SCAM IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD! Most educated people (that acquiesce to paying SOCIAL SECURITY) know that 70-85% or more of it goes into pasting people's heads against the wall in the Middle East...).

The SOCIALIST, FACIST, LEFT--thinks it can get away with anything; taking prayer, and bibles from our schools; inserting facist Office of Child Safety agents into our lives to keep us from disciplining our children properly; While crack-heads rape their daughters across the street.

Tell our son's they cannot wear political or provoctive speech T-shirts; but allow girls to run around looking like WHORES. (interesting double-standard).

We may as well get rid of the white stripes on Old Glory and just put the Big Bird on there (emulated from the Roman Empire).

So SQUEAL about "Live and let live." But the SOCIALIST LEFT needs to STAY OUT OF OUR LIVES; LEAVE OUR CHILDREN; OUR PAYCHECKS; OUR STATES RIGHTS; etc, alone first. I am the LAST person to tread on YOU or your business... but YOU are ALL UP IN ON MINE.

But many people are not fooled--many people are not decieved by the reverse-psychology; the pity-call of the SOCIALIST.

If were going to do it--lets do it. Go big Red! Only thing is Alaska's Flag will stay blue; and Fly ALONE.

As we attempt to coalesce, coexist; and build the party together--in all our diverse views, philosphies, theologies, ideologies, and especially political agenda--

BIGOT-MONGERS. What is a "Bigot-Monger" you ask? Well we all know what a "Bigot" is. Now, a BIGOT-MONGER is someone who would call ME a "BIGOT" for merely writing this post on BIGOT-MONGERING... lol.

They are akin to the same hen-house breed of garden-variety SCANDEL-MONGERS; common to any hair salon. Furrowed, hateful, accussatory (guilty?) brows; pointing, trempling, intense index fingers...

BIIIIIIIGGGOOOOTTTT! YOU! You HATE [*insert group here*] REPENT, CONFESS!

Like any group of pitiful, feeble witch-hunters; the scour the community for signs of dissidence against their agenda; their weapon of choice; REVERSE-HATE; BIGOT-MONGERING.

What is VERY, VERY, sad; is that the Type-B far-left ultra-liberal innocent is oft duped by this agenda; and scared into submission; usually having NOTHING to do with the agenda of the group; or perhaps even STRINGENTLY disagreeing with it--however; manipulated and intimidated inot submission with REVERSE-HATE and PSYCHOLOGY and BIGOT-MONGERING;

"Don't speak out Karl, you don't want to be labled a Gay-basher!" or

"David--you should say those things about 14 year old girls wearing coochie-cutting denim-shorts, G-strings, and v-neck m-drifts in Junior high; you might get labled an Anti-Feminist or a Sauvinist!"

PEOPLE; in the name Christ, the Holy Mother, God and all the Saints; BEWARE of the BIGOT MONGERS! Be strong for your Family, for your State, for Country, and for your God.

Stand up for the Family, Stand up for Tradition, Stand up the preservation of a healthy society; Stand up AGAINST TRUE HATE-MONGERING and BIGOT-MONGERING;

It is so important to give our children in public schools the tools to create dreams. I think we need an Foundation, where the stars go back to school to motivate children to strive for educational goals. In a miracle could the artists of America start this foundation, where twice a tear people go to schools to show the children that we care about them. As a poet I have this illusion, but not the resources, all one can do is plant the seed. Is America worth investing in its public school children dreams.


The Franklin American Artmosphere Foundation

This is a work in progress, where in a miracle we can start this FAAF idea by Christmas as a gift to our children’s dreams. The idea for the FAAF would be to have the artists, stars, teachers, and professionals spent two days a year mentoring children’s dreams in the HeArt of creative thinking and expression. While Corporate sponsorship would be only in money spent on the American dream, not a takeover, but the FAAF would be “We the people� run, where no one person can head it as a tyrant but as a gift of human compassion. I think I am here to plant the seed as a poet that without our children’s dreams we are a lost nation. The FAAF would work with public education to motivate the educational process.

Why start with Nashville, because with music, things can change. But in the Music City is a sense that struggling artists are lost and smothered in obscurity, with the venom bile that one must be a star here to survive the onslaught of continuous attacks. How many would love to once or twice a year to go to a public school to sing among those youth, “God Bless America,� and see those eyes shine from their poverty that maybe there is a God that has no color, gender, or religion in Nashville, just a God of heavenly musical beats. Will I succeed to plant this seed to spread across America that children must have hope and a reason to learn? Only if you can dream with me.

This is insane idea and I keep wanting to walk away, only to be driven further in planting the need to motivate our children or the cancer of Gaza will spread its devastation from within disintegration and economic segregation in its worst form, the destruction of the United States of America.

Why is it a work in process? Because it has so many elements that it is like a wind chime within its structure. But, I must put the seed out there, and then go back to it and eventually return to my Poetry HeArtbeats.

From the dreams of America comes the HeArt of Children
Built on the Constitutional ground of creative mind growth,
For in our youth lives our History and Heritage future culture,
As artists, teachers, motivators; we must plant those seeds.

The survival of America comes from our educational diversity,
Where we teach them about the rainbow spectrum of the universe
Painting the HeArt of their soul with open minds of challenge
To write and ride wind’s wind spirit upon their gifted potentials.

America was born upon a dream of divine Civil Liberties,
Where its Declaration of Independence must reinvent itself.
Where “We the people� declare their birthright patriotism
That no Patriot Act can nor should censor Free Will Free Speech.

The pyre of Franklin and founding fathers words must ignite
The Phoenix of the Eagle sharp razor talons of determination
That also must have hope with the spirit of the white dove of peace
Upon a love for a nation that will never divide its children with hate.

Our Politicians Intelligence cannot “Lie� in deceit prefabrications
But the honor of “Truth� to a duty to serve with such distinction
For our President has one vote of equality of pure commitment
To “We the people� that we are never again, Katrina political victims.

From Nashville musical beats must arise the champion musical talents
To reach into public schools and teach them the notes of smiles
Where they can see the star’s shine deep inside their soul’s of hope
That maybe they can learn the music of a nation so Proud and Free.

De-Terminated poet, somewhere in America not on company time

Someone had asked; or rather retorted; "What is AMERICA!" as if they didn't know... it was meant to be a rhetorical question, perhaps incredulous in nature. I say they did not fully understand themselves.

Our forefathers "crossed the ocean" to escape the tyranny of the English monarch, parliament, and the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of England; which had a knack for having 'that affect' on people those days. Did this mean people 1)Believed; 2)Worshipped; 3)Intended to promulgate society in the name of the Lord any LESS?

Um, NO. Indeed; "ONE NATION, UNDER GOD." It becomes clear that the Anti-Christian Ultra-Liberal Coalition has become contented in their "belief" (and attempts to spread propaganda) that this statement in our Nation's ORGANIC DOCUMENTS is a "TRIVIAL NOVELTY" ....

"...inapplicable, and irrelavent to any State and/or Federal law in the land..."

WRONG.

Acts/ Policies/ Legislation like the ever-vaunted: SEPERATION of CHURCH and STATE; were FAVORED by the ever-PIOUS founders of our nation; to simply prevent over-zealous, radical THEOCRATS from overrunning our State and/or Federal Government(s); becuase especially in the matter of, say, the Roman Catholic Church--they are an Organization almost like a government unto themselves; and the POWER would be too terrible to comprehend.

This goes back to the case of THOMAS BECKETT, Arch-Bishop of Canturbury in England; while Beckett himself was not himself the problem; the situation he was put into BY THE KING (Henry II) and the CHURCH--was. I rest my case there.

The Founding Fathers knew this INTIMATELY while hammering the ORGANIC DOCUMENTS on the ANVIL of U.S. FREEDOM.

"What is America?" America is the IV Rome. The III Rome was Imperial Christian Russian Empire ("Tsar" was a Ruso-Greco-Roman derivitive of Caesar).

The Founding Fathers were scholars, scientists, soldiers, patriots, and mostly VERY PIOUS men.

There work on the ORGANIC DOCUMENTS of this country was based on their contributions to the works and texts; standing on the shoulders of TRUE INTELLECTUAL giants; dating back mellenia. Much of the ideology, philosophy-theology, principles, ethics, and constitutional draft; as well as the BILL of RIGHTS was based on: the French Revolution, English Civil War; European Enlightenment/ Renassaince; which all in turn hails back to the work and innovations of the Roman Empire and Hellenistic and Classical Greece.

Our BILL of RIGHTS is simply a clean re-draft of the ENGLISH Bill of Rights; facilitated after the English Civil War; thanks to the British 'ole Blood & Guts; Oliver Cromwell, Lord High Protector of England (PATTON; unleashed, uncut, and totally "proper"?)

SO; in sum, indeed--"What is America?" AMERICA is the IV ROME. Yes, the Fourth Great Roman Empire. To recap: Roman Empire of Italy; Holy Roman Empire (Constantinople); Tsarist Empire of Russia (Orthodoxy); and the United States of America.

Pax Roma and the U.S. the Irst and IInd "Romes" are great cultural and military, political, and economic powers dominating all the world; the IInd and IIrd "Romes" were the greatest Christian empires ever known to the world; RUSSIA suffered a great period of persecution and darkness during the SOVIET/ COMMUNIST athiest era; but held on; and is rebound healthily. Their President is THE FIRST ORTHODOX RULER since TSAR NICHOLAS II was executed in the October Revolution.

IN AMERICA; We believe in Christianity; it is ENCODED and LOCKED IN to our ORGANIC DOCUMENTS; but like the FIRST ROME; our EMPIRE entertains all types and "creeds" every household may have a different shrine; as is there right. Different Cities may erect larger community monuments and chapels/ temples as they see fit. It is SO REMARKABLY LIKE ANCIENT ROME; the parallels are frightening/ but they can be ENCOURAGING--if we reign in the positive elements...

And doggedly QUASH and DESTROY what is ROTTING this country to the core.

Senatus Populusque Romanus [(S.P.Q.R.) "The Senate and the People of Rome" or "The Senate and Roman People"), referring to the government of the ancient Roman Republic, and used as an official signature of the government.

That was what unified Ancient Rome; and this is what I propose:

Congressus Populusque Americanus [(C.P.Q.A.) "The Congress and the People of America"], I hereby propose; for UNITY in civil, municipal, State, and Federal sectors of the United States; our official signature of the Republic.

We must ALL become more involved. The People; their Representatives must work closer together. The People must work for the Government; and the Government must work for the People; and it is the job of the U.S. Congress (the Senate; and the House) to see that this happens.

If the People cannot work with the Government; and the Government cannot work with the People--then in the NAME of CHRIST; the Government shall be destroyed.

That is why we have our Bill of Rights--that is the original purpose of the 2nd Amendment; have no illusions.
