Hello:
Some recommended Partybuilder groups that if you are not a member you might think about joining, and I think that these groups could be important to democrats.

More to come.

I just found the following on http://icasualties.org and thought it was intriguing....

One thing we know about whomever becomes the next President of the United States is that he or she will have one helluva mess to clean up!

The Cheney/Bush Administration is leaving behind an economy that is only a half breath away from a recession. They have successfully given so much power to Big Oil that the price of a barrel of oil has no ceiling in sight and thus the price of gasoline and home-heating oil is following right behind. Of course, since everything is shipped by something that requires some kind of oil derivative, the price of milk is up; the price of all groceries are up; the price of soft good, hard goods, appliances, automobiles....EVERYTHING IS GOING THRU THE ROOF!

Middle-class wages have been left stagnant while the cost-of-living is soaring because of these policies. Since the Cheney/Bush "tax-cuts" were aimed nearly solely at those that don't need it, so that THEY can invest more into Big Oil, and then earn even more money off of the backs of those of us who are not as fortunate as they are, by raking in dividend from Exxon/Mobil who is breaking profit records with high gas prices that they say aren't causing the meteoric rise of their bottom lines, along with the bonuses they pay their CEO's and the like.

The cost of college has risen so much, that the middle-class along with the poorest of us, are watching their kids join the military to pay for college....and 3882, including one on Saturday, of these kids are never going to get to see the INSIDE of a college....or have kids, or careers or anything. This while the kids of the privileged are calling themselves Young Republicans and picketing against the anti-war protesters instead of going over and fighting the damned thing themselves! Ask them why they don't, and they will tell you "we believe we can do more for the war effort here at home"!! And my nephew has been "stop-lossed" to keep him from getting out in January, so he can be sent back for a third tour of Iraq. His first one was during the invasion, where he spent his first 6 months sleeping in the cab of the gasoline truck he drove!

And speaking of Iraq, Cheney/Bush has left us in a quagmire of a civil war between 3 different factions with no exit strategy at all. As a matter of fact, at this point their entire policy is one of not losing the war. Nothing towards winning. Just not losing and let the next president figure out how to fix it.

By the way, let's not forget that 9/11 happend on the Cheney/Bush watch, and the culprit who set it off, not only has never been caught, but is now in Pakistan with the Taliban....in a country that is literally coming apart at the seams and lest we overlook it, HAS NUCLEAR WEAPONS!! Talk about the fear of a MUSHROOM CLOUD ON THE HORIZON!! And it is brought to you by those funny guys of government....the Cheney/Bush Administration.

Oh, then there is Iran....I won't even GO there or North Korea right now.

I have to admire not only all of OUR presidential candidates, but even the Republicans too! Why would ANYONE want to take on the near impossible task of fixing this massive trainwreck??

Come to think of it....maybe it should make us wonder about ALL of them!!
I do not hide my preference for Senator Clinton, however I have also have made it clear that I will support any candidate from this field, and do so without trepidation.

And I also keep seeing so many negative posts, some even unproven, against Senator Clinton, and after reading the latest, I started to see what was happening. And its coming from both Democratics AND Republicans.

And it made me want to put this question out there.

Should we, as Democrats, start coming up with whatever negatives we can about ALL our candidates, so that if Hillary actually wins the nomination, we can have an EXCUSE as to why SHE won and the our other candidates didn't?

We could say that they are all cheating in some way.....or that they have financial backing from someone we don't like....or maybe even, something must be wrong, because that many people just couldn't have liked her that much. This way, we always have some reason why "our guy" lost in the primaries. Instead of maybe they just didn't get enough votes.

As I have said before, it seems we are more concerned about tearing down the "other guy" instead of building up "our guy". If "our guy", or "gal" for that matter, isn't good enough to brag about and to try to convince others to vote for, then WHY would we be backing them in the first place.

I don't care WHY someone hates Hillary.....or Barack....or Joe....or Joe....or Bill....or John....etc. I, personally, only concern myself with why I should vote for YOUR guy.....not why I shouldn't vote for mine.

Attack politics is SO REPUBLICAN!!!! Have we been under Republican rule so long, that we have BECOME ONE???

Goodness, I hope not..........
A man entered the Clinton '08 Campaign Headquarters in New Hampshire and announced he had a bomb strapped to himself. He demanded that the volunteers get down on the floor and demanded to speak to Senator Clinton.

He is still holding hostages as of 2:25 pm est, and negotiators are on scene. There is a school just down the street that they are concerned about. People in adjoining businesses were evacuated out the backdoors of the building.

One woman with a baby was released, and called 911.

Senator Clinton was supposed to speak to the DNC today, but has cancelled due to the situation.
The Democratic Party is, most likely, the biggest tent political organization on the face of the Earth. We have straights, gays, men, women, whites, blacks, latinos, rich, poor, old, young, liberal and conservative.

I have been reading, with much interest, over the past several months at the many differences among us. And it would seem to me that there are numerous reasons for our diversity, especially in the realm of liberal and conservative.

What is liberal to me, may be moderate to others. What is conservative to others may be moderate to me. My point is this. I believe that, like many things in our lives, our politics is based upon such things as upbringing and geographic location. I consider myself, for example, as a moderate Democrat. Sometimes, even to me, that means the ability to accept compromises on some issues. But most times, to me, it means that I am more liberal on some issues, and more conservative on others.

For instance, I used to be in favor of the death penalty....that is until "Governor" Bush turned it into a spectator sport in Texas.....so not anymore. I don't like abortion, but I don't think the government has any business telling a woman what she can and can't do with her own body....so pro-choice. I am all for a vigorous immigration policy, because immigration is what built this country. However, my opinion about illegal immigration is affected by my living in a State that borders Mexico and with the issues that come from it. However, I don't believe that everyone in Texas feels as I do either.

I am just saying that our life experiences bring us to our personal belief systems whether that be political or otherwise. The Democratic Party is the lifeblood of the poor, the unemployed, the under-employed, the average guy on the streets and those of us who don't make $500,000 a year in salary.

We cannot let the things that differentiate us to divide us. With so many Democrats going over to Nader in the last two elections, the one thing that we know for sure is this. THE LAST EIGHT YEARS HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE FOR MOST OF US!

My best years, financially especially, were the eight years under Bill Clinton. He proved that "trickle-up" beats "trickle-down" any day! I come from a lower-middle income Democratic family. I am a lower-middle income Democrat today.

That is why this Native Texan will support whomever we choose as a party to represent us in the November elections!

And that is why I AM PROUD TO BE A DEMOCRAT!!

Hello:
My name is Michael Tiffany from Festus Missouri, and I wanted to post this blog to get to know people in the groups of the Democratic Partybuilder. In some ways I am just a guy from Missouri, but there are a few things about me you may find interesting as you will see later in this blog. I am not a woman, African American, Hispanic, Native American, Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Pagan, gay, handicapped, veteran, or a whole host of other things, but what I am is someone that has seen a lot of people that have been oppressed. I have seen the greatest country on Earth barely lift a finger to do much about it, but I think that the Democratic Party has learned that they have to start doing the will of the people. This is why I got involved with the Democratic Party, and I have joined groups from all 50 states to reach out to people across America.
I love this country of course, but I am not one of those love it or leave it types, because I understand that we all love this country in our own way. I also know that if the people of the United States do not get the system under control we are going to have serious problems, and that we have to make changes for not just for ourselves, but for future generations that may not be able to change it for themselves. We have to see that all citizens are not oppressed, and that our children can grow up in a safe environment. That when they grow up that they can have good futures and that they are not stuck in a system that could careless about them.
Since I cannot be in all places at all times to help all of the group, so I plan to blog some opinion, and also links to news, politicians, and other resources that I come across on the Internet that I think could be valuable. I have been trained to do things like this over the last few years as you can see in the paragraph below, and I realize that information is power that Democrats can use to change the United States. I cannot post text links or active hyper texts links on this website for some strange reason even though I do not have any problem anywhere else on the Internet, and since I know how to make banners I will use them to link with in my blogs. They are descriptive in what the content is right there before you click, and allow the blog reader to decide if this is something they wish to view. I think that the eight Democratic Presidential candidates that are running here in 2007-2008 are all exceptional, and I will post several series of blogs with Banners for all of them. I will use the blog as an interface that lets the reader to access these sites easily. I believe in free speech for all including the candidates, and far too long people have complained that candidates do not talk about the issues. They felt they had little choice of candidate to choose from, and that the candidates just say catch phrases with no real position on the issues. This time it is different with the Internet being a place that you find more information on the candidates position on issues than has ever been seen by the human race, and that we have some of the best candidates seen here in the Democratic Party since John Kennedy. I know that some groups are specifically for a particular candidate, but free speech would dictate that all people should inform themselves to all of the candidates to truly decide who is best for this country. You should know why you like one candidate over another, and why you do not like other candidates, but certainly inform yourself to all the information that is available on the information superhighway that you are able. We should be taking advantage of the technological abilities that the Internet offers to inform people politically, and all someone has to do like me is point the way to this information to easily navigate this information. I will do this fairly and as evenly as possible for all of the candidates, and then move on to other subjects of relevance over time. If any group manager does like my blog postings they are free to take them down even though I hope that they will not do that, and if they do not want me in their group they are free to cancel my membership no hard feeling, but I hope that this will not happen either. All I can do is the best that I can do for the Democratic Party, and hope that people like what I am doing, or hope that it helps in someway.
I was the press director of two small unions for pizza delivery drivers, and I have about 3600 E-mail addresses for NBC, ABC, CBS, and other assorted reporters. I am offering them to all groups at the Democratic Partybuilder, and if you want a copy please e-mail me to send you a copy. These e-mail addresses have put the union and its officers on TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines, and depending on what your news story is it may generate lots of e-mails and phone calls from reporters. The E-mail addresses are a few years old at this time, so you will get a percentage of them that will bounce, and I have never taken the time to sort them out. If anybody wants a fresh copy they would have to do what I did in the first place, and that was to go to hundreds of website through thousands of pages to collect the E-mail addresses then enter them into an address book. You need to remember that many E-mail servers have limits on how many E-mail addresses can be entered into a BCC line, because of spamming rules that they had to impose since spamming became such a hot topic. AOL will not let you send more that 30 BCC E-mail per a single E-mail, and Yahoo has a limit of 100 per hour per Yahoo account, but if you have more than one Yahoo account then you can send 100 per hour per account. I would advise that anyone keep the E-mail addresses separate in different accounts otherwise they are unmanageable, and you will loose track of which network you are dealing with. You can create user names something like mygroupforNBC@gmail.com or mygroup4ABC@aol.com as an example, and load the E-mail addresses into the right account for what they are labeled as which network they belong, or make sub files in a single address book. Please do not spam these reporters if you choose for me to send them to you, but they are public E-mail addresses that they have posted for the public to send possible news stories. If you would like a copy of the reporters E-mail addresses E-mail me, and in the subject line copy and paste "Reporters E-mail Address Request" for me to know exactly what you are E-mailing me about.
I have been using computers for ten years, and have been online for seven years, so I have gotten a pretty good idea of how to use computers to accomplish goals. I have been attending ITT-Tech for three quarters for Computer Networking, and I am working towards at least a Bachelors degree. With my dealings with the APDD and AUPDD I have learned that a few good computer nerds can move Internet mountains, and can actually bring real world changes, so I know that some very committed people can bring changes to our political system. I will be happy to help in this process anyway that I can time permitting, so feel free to contact me directly if you have any ideas? I have joined several other groups at the Partybuilder that I think will be helpful to people and I will be looking them over further shortly to recommend them to others in future blogs.
I am a member of the Grassroots Event Performers group at the PartyBuilder, and if you are a politician looking for entertainment for an event, or a group looking for entertainment for an event please check it out? As well, if you are a band looking to perform at political events please join the group, and John will work with you to get performances for your band at available events?
I am also a member of the Blue Blaze Graphics Irregulars group at the PartyBuilder, and if you need any graphic work done please contact them. I will also place some banners below that you can click though for these groups and for the American Union for Pizza Delivery Drivers, the pizza drivers petition, and the Association Against Aggressive Driving that is my new website. I hope that you will take a look at them, and that you will take a few minutes to join in where you wish?
I should also mention that I have a dial up Internet connection, and working online can be a slow process. I hope to have a high speed Internet connection some time after the first of the year, and will be better able to participate in more activities then.

                              Thank You.
