With the demands from some here on PB a political representative has no authority to ask, surely not demand that a Pastor "step down". The state has no role or responsibility in this.
Let's face it. Predominantly white churches have their image of Jesus Christ. Black people have theirs. Muslims have none at all.
Perhaps more of us could actually learn something from our Islamic sisters and brothers, our Democratic Muslims who do have a group on this site. At least, their conception of God is colorless, or colorblind, while many of us are intolerant of each other and cloded in racial imagery and bigotry.
Pastor Wright and Louis Farrakhan has their right to express their views just like the rest of you. I never attacked Mitt Romney for belonging to the Mormon faith which at one time excluded Black people from their Priesthood because of the "Mark of Cain".
Quite ironically, those who threaten to leave and vote Republican in November will cast ballots for the very same person whose name means "Son of Cain" the very same Cain who was "marked" because of his murdering his brother Abel.
Your departure, however, will not result in the death of the Democratic Party. It might just result in the toxic cleansing that it needs.
Check those delegate totals on March 30th.

The National Archives said Monday it expects to release Hillary Rodham Clinton's schedules as first lady later this month, but has asked a judge to delay the release of thousands of her telephone logs for one to two articles. For full article.
This is one of a series of articles circulating on the internet. I am posting this because I could not link the tab from an email that posted an article from today's Burnt Orange Report.

Note: I will no longer respond to comments until after March 4th.
May the best candidate win in a Fair electoral process.
Clinton has been telling her supporters to show up at 6:45 while Obama keeps stressing 7:00. I'm afraid there's going to be some shenanigans involving closing the doors at caucus sites when at capacity or at 6:59:59 whichever comes first.
There was a similar gambit run in Nevada where the Clinton camp shut out a good number of caucus goers by barring the doors.
Anybody who's got a line on Obama folks or Texas caucus goers please pass along the heads up to show up early and not get muscled. Know your rights!

In an interview with Tracey Rowlett, noted Latino community activist Adelfa Callejo told CBS 11 that Hispanics would not support a Black candidate in the Texas primary.
"Obama has the problem that he happens fo be Black," said Callejo, when asked if it was smart for Senator Barack Obama to reach out to Latino voters.

This post is in response to the assertion that Hillary Rodham Clinton opposes the Death Penalty.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_positions_of_Hillary_Rodham_Clinton
Clinton supports the death penalty and made note of this support for it during her 2000 senate campaign.
Senator Clinton sponsored the Innocence Protection Act, which requires DNA testing before administering federal executions.
