About the Author
The purpose of the Society of Democrats is to support the philosophy and the candidates of the Democratic Party as well as increase the participation of college students in Democratic affairs through the following activities:
Educate students about the philosophy of the Democratic Party,
Assist in the election of local, state, and national Democratic candidates,
Affect political change on the local, state, and national level,
Disseminate information to fellow students about scheduled elections,
Register students to vote,
Educate students about political actions such as pending legislation that might affect all students, and
Actively promote student participation in Government.

The monthly Society of Democrats meetings are on the third Tuesday of every month in the Barron Building outside of the bookstore just after 7:30 p.m. The official meeting time is 7:30 p.m., but we'll give about 5-10 minutes to let everyone get there if they have night classes.

Oh these Southern Senators who will not support any Made in America union workers, who only support foreign automotive Conglomerates with non union southern workers. They figure they will get these jobs by failing to support Made in America Corporaions
These Southern states have poured billions of dollars into foreign car manufactures and tax benefits and their U. S. Senators will not support an American Automotive Company because it has Made In America union members, why that is treasonous.
Why these Senators claim to have brought foreign car non-union manufacturers to the South in their reelection campaign, where lots of Mercedes, BMW, and Japanese campaign funds fills there campaign chests.
But because these American companies are American and have union members they are somehow less deserving, why these Senators have outsourced their patriotic souls.
I ask Senator Selby, how much has Alabama supported Mercedes Benz in tax dollars? Why does he include them in his legacy?

It is so important to give our children in public schools the tools to create dreams. I think we need an Foundation, where the stars go back to school to motivate children to strive for educational goals. In a miracle could the artists of America start this foundation, where twice a tear people go to schools to show the children that we care about them. As a poet I have this illusion, but not the resources, all one can do is plant the seed. Is America worth investing in its public school children dreams.
The Franklin American Artmosphere Foundation
This is a work in progress, where in a miracle we can start this FAAF idea by Christmas as a gift to our children’s dreams. The idea for the FAAF would be to have the artists, stars, teachers, and professionals spent two days a year mentoring children’s dreams in the HeArt of creative thinking and expression. While Corporate sponsorship would be only in money spent on the American dream, not a takeover, but the FAAF would be “We the people” run, where no one person can head it as a tyrant but as a gift of human compassion. I think I am here to plant the seed as a poet that without our children’s dreams we are a lost nation. The FAAF would work with public education to motivate the educational process.
Why start with Nashville, because with music, things can change. But in the Music City is a sense that struggling artists are lost and smothered in obscurity, with the venom bile that one must be a star here to survive the onslaught of continuous attacks. How many would love to once or twice a year to go to a public school to sing among those youth, “God Bless America,” and see those eyes shine from their poverty that maybe there is a God that has no color, gender, or religion in Nashville, just a God of heavenly musical beats. Will I succeed to plant this seed to spread across America that children must have hope and a reason to learn? Only if you can dream with me.
This is insane idea and I keep wanting to walk away, only to be driven further in planting the need to motivate our children or the cancer of Gaza will spread its devastation from within disintegration and economic segregation in its worst form, the destruction of the United States of America.
Why is it a work in process? Because it has so many elements that it is like a wind chime within its structure. But, I must put the seed out there, and then go back to it and eventually return to my Poetry HeArtbeats.
From the dreams of America comes the HeArt of Children
Built on the Constitutional ground of creative mind growth,
For in our youth lives our History and Heritage future culture,
As artists, teachers, motivators; we must plant those seeds.
The survival of America comes from our educational diversity,
Where we teach them about the rainbow spectrum of the universe
Painting the HeArt of their soul with open minds of challenge
To write and ride wind’s wind spirit upon their gifted potentials.
America was born upon a dream of divine Civil Liberties,
Where its Declaration of Independence must reinvent itself.
Where “We the people” declare their birthright patriotism
That no Patriot Act can nor should censor Free Will Free Speech.
The pyre of Franklin and founding fathers words must ignite
The Phoenix of the Eagle sharp razor talons of determination
That also must have hope with the spirit of the white dove of peace

But the honor of “Truth” to a duty to serve with such distinction

We must not be a nation divided by human barriers. “We the people” must own a nation’s divine Heritage. Writing minds spirited universe Free Speech carriers. Where the soil toils germinating on American History. Birthrights born within “We the people” Patriots pride united upon Constitutional Freedom and Democracy that will never be an Incorporated Republic to divide this God Bless America diversity of equality advocacy.
This nation is not the “At Will” of any President’s rule. Executive Privilege is not eminent domain Patriot Act, within our Civil Liberties being amputated muted goals, where we are the coffin boxes of returning War actions. Our homes are not corporate or communal property but have their Declaration of Independence rights, where one is never banned nor censored for Poetry or the Free Will Free Verse enlightened spirit’s light.
American Artmosphere is much more than heartbeats. It’s Lady Liberty painting cyan skies in our human potentials. The seed within our soul’s roots sprouting in our Main Streets, Made in America value system with Love’s harmony credentials. Feeling the core of loving Ole Glory running through your veins, where our wings spread wide among eagle’s flight of inner might. Humanity can never be cloned, nor conformed to slave born brains, our civilian dreams shall and must overcome adversity’s blight.
Within the American Constitutional Revival of divine principles, the Scales of Justice must balance “Truth” with Check and Balances. Where Congress’s Duty and Dedication does its “Homework” as disciples upon Trilogy branches of (3) equal branched governing counterbalances. The “We the people” dynamic equation of our Declaration of Independence has just shot our votes across the world, in words reclaiming our destiny. We are not a Great Depression, but have invested in our future ascendence taking stock in, as America’s rightful Unincorporated owners, our providence’s legacy.

Lord this election is far beyond Obama and Biden but onto Constitutional revival of Heritage, where they are only the instruments back to reclaiming the land for “We the people” Truth, Honor in a religious belief that expunges those special interests preying with disharmony for the musical notes must come from American Artmosphere of Civil Liberties torched History, where Liberal, yes LIBERAL’s shouted upon the sounds heard around the world to youth. The Legislative and Judicial Branches are there to protect the Executive Branch from overstepping the Legislative and Judicial Branch authority and from becomes a form of Autocracy of “At Will” rule state. Where the Executive Branch can “At Will” redefine Legislative legislation and stand up as this judge to ban any employee from testifying before the Legislative Branch with Legislative Subpoenas.
Governor Palin by banning those state employees the Governor of the State of Alaska has taken on Judicial Powers of the State Courts. Only the Judicial Branch of Alaska can counteract a Legislative subpoena. It is part of the scales of Justice, where one does not overstep another’s authority. When we have Governor and/or President that bans civilians from appearing before the Legislative branch by intimidation. Then it becomes treason to the Constitution for “At Will” an Executive Branch can send out “Do not appear memos threats” to everyone involved and having subpoenas in their procession. With that power in the Executive Branch they can then seek Retribution and/or Termination, where that civilian worked, if they dared stand up for the law and countermanded the Governor/President. What government can survive in this environment but the most corrupt vile form of American Dictatorship?
If in a Watergate example, there is any proof or suspicion that any American laws are being broken, it is paramount to have a Legislative Branch that is unshackled, free to do their job and investigate their suspicions by subpoenas, to get down to the facts. With Watergate, they had civilians involved and if Nixon said to Congress, they cannot talk, they have been given immunity from Congressional subpoenas and the courts, where would America be but with a President and a puppet poodle Congress like today. That the Executive Branch claims Executive Privilege with any person that the Legislative Branch uses and bans them from appearing becoming the Judicial Branch of Government. No Governor and/or President is the Judge of the law that they must appeal to the courts of Judicial Branch and ask that those subpoenaed to be excluded and give a legal reason for doing so. Only the Judicial Branch of Alaska can counteract a Legislative subpoena. It is part of the scales of Justice, where one does not overstep another’s authority. Now that Conservative Political Bush Politicians have failed US, "We the people" of Katrina Liberal to Conservative compassion must restore Wall Street back in the Miracle called America with God Bless America, the Liberal non-political one of love.
Our children’s future lies in its survival of Made in America values that Wall Street remember; that it was real people, who built Wall Street corporations from the ground up working with their hands of toil on our soil of sweat of patriotism in our diversity of equality. Those people of wealthy greed, and speculators who are abandoning it, well some are traitors. Is not the United States of America the Miracle of “We the people” of building our pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollars into the Heart of America that built it with Pride and Duty of owning it. We are not the mansions of greed but the Main Streets that Wall Street somehow forgot that are now going to “Save” our nation from all the non-political religions and non-believers with our patriot acts.
America we must have a "Surge" like in Iraq to show the world that after Bush blunders “We the people can restore Fiscal Responsibility to Pre-Bush regulation days that the Wild West cowboy ride is over. "We the people" must again define our nation not with "At Will" redefinitions of politicians leaders but human hearts of “We the people” but from the spirit of the Constitution in our Red, White, and Blue birthrights of Liberty, Life, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

It does not seem the Democratic Party wants to use the facts that appear on CNN about the people in Palin hometown upset that palin went ahead and built a sports complex on someone elses land that the ownwe sued the city and won the judgement.
