Dick Durbin for Senate
About the Author
Dick Durbin for Senate in 2008

Did you hear the old boy last night? Distancing himself from his own party at their convention, how surreal.
And then in his speech he asks us to be part of his vision for government, but I could never figure out what that vision is. Well if this election is about a Vietnam War hero and about the 1970's then McCain is your kind of guy.

But as for me I heard nothing about the economy, nothing about the middle class, nothing about the future and how to really make the changes to bring this country back from the flames of depression. Change, change John McCain? Are you kidding me? Change from you? It was to funny to stupid to be believed last night. So, don't be fooled it will be more of the same, Bush 3 not McCain 1 that would happen if by chance McCain wins in November. May it never be Democrats! Elect Obama/Biden for the sake of our country we so dearly love.
We're so sorry, sara palin,
We're so sorry if we caused you any pain.
We're so sorry, sara palin,
But there's no one left at home
And i believe it's gonna rain.

We're so sorry but we haven't heard a thing all day,
We're so sorry, sara palin,
But if anything should happen
We'll be sure to give a ring.

"we're so sorry, sara palin,
But we haven't done a bloody thing all day.
We're so sorry, sara palin,
But the kettle's on the boil
And we're so eas'ly called away."

Uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh,
Doo-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh,
Uh-uh -
Yesterday, Senator Obama's speech at Invesco Field,(Denver) not only helped unite the party, but also send a message to John McCain, and the Republican Party. Obama's message of partiotism and values, showed he is the American Dream. Obama showed that we as democrats, need to come together to elect Obama as President of the United states. We have a mission: to beat McCain in the general election. We as democrats need to rally for Change, and put aside our differences about who we elected. (For we are one nation under god, indivisible with Liberty and Justice for All. This November, is a tough race, Barack needs all of our help. So, go to www.barackobama.com, to donate and let's take this country back from Bush - McCain.
As said in the Preamble of our Constitution : "We The People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice insure domestic Tranqulity, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America.

This means, it is our duty as American Citizens to be unified and not seperate from our core values. John McCain doesn't realize what's best for the American people but Democrats do, and respond by backing Senator Barrack Obama and Joe Biden, foward to the White House on Nov.4

So,Please support Barrack and Joe, so that we as democrats can defeat John McCain. It is time for us as democrats to defeat John McCain in Nov, and take back Congress, so that it helps the Posterity of Americans. The future depends on regaining America's rightful place for our families for generations.

A wholesale wipe out has been done to hundreds of PartyBuilder group memberships. I admin a group that has 275 members and now shows only 25. Is this payback from the Obama loyalists? It was wrong for the DNC to do this without warning. This smacks of just what many of us have been putting up with for 7 years from the Republicans. Shame shame shame DNC. You wanted us to grow the party and get involved and then you use this heavy handed Republican style move. Amazing!
On June 6th, 2008 the average price of gasoline across the nation rose to $4 per gallon. “There’s nothing worse for our economy than surging energy prices at record highs,†said Mark Zandi, Chief Economist for Moodys.com. What do Jesse James and Big Oil have in common? Nothing if you believe the legends of Jesse James, who supposedly robbed from the rich and distributed his ill gotten gains to the poor. Big Oil robs from all of us and keeps the ill gotten gains for themselves.   Read More »
This summer, President George W. Bush will smile while jaunting up the stairs to Air Force One - his laughable presidency all but over - with not a care in the world.

For 13 hours, he'll lie on a couch in the airplane, drink pomegranate-flavored water and watch reruns of Texas Rangers games from the glory days of Nolan Ryan and Jose Canseco

Eventually, he'll land in Beijing, China, for the 2008 Summer Olympics. He'll pose and smile for photos with great Chinese leaders.

You'll definitely read about it in the newspaper, and so will people just like you all over the world; and you'll probably feel pretty good when you do. Like a bottle of cheap gin the whole globe can pass around, the Olympics somehow make it okay to forget for a little while.

This is helpful for most of us, but somewhat unfortunate for the Tibetan people, whose struggle against occupation has gone on for nearly 60 years

In 1951, the Chinese government annexed Tibet and declared it part of China. In 1959, an uprising resulted in the expulsion of the Dalai Lama; since that time he has run a "government in exile" based in India and become a martyr for global political rights.

On March 10, in honor of the 49th anniversary of China's great experiment in the abuse of state sovereignty, Tibetan monks began to protest en masse the continued demonization of the Dalai Lama and China's efforts to ethnically cleanse Tibetans.

China, for its part, pledged to "resolutely crush" those people. Within days, it launched a fresh military campaign in the region. It kicked out journalists and declared no quarter on religious figures.

Anyway, a generation later, as a reward for Chinese progress and a concession that China has established itself as a modern global player, it gets to host the Olympics!

Irony in such high doses should be fatal.
They're are so many of them, it looks like a little game they thought would be funny. I bought into it for while and traded posts with some people that obviously prefer the Democratic PArty tear itself apart here on the website than atually talk.

This amazing lack of sense for the truth gave it away, or when half of the posts in here preferred that John McCain become President - Anyone but Obama?   Read More »
As many Americans shake their heads at the Democrats, it seems inevitable that Democrats would blow another presidential election with all theyre in fighting. Some months ago it was dead certain that the Democratic candidate for president would have a leg up in the upcoming general election. Well no more, as the DNC runs true to form and screws up the primary election season.

The talk around the water cooler these days is how organized the republicans were and when they had a primary election every vote counted and the one candidate with the majority of votes won the election and the delegates. Gee what a concept, Democracy in action, one-person one vote, and the winner with the most votes gets the delegates.

To say once again the Democrats are handing the republicans another presidential election on a silver platter is an understatement. The Republicans have not run as weak a candidate for president since Bob Dole but Democrats seem to be hell bent to blow 3 presidential elections in a row.

And what is this caucus stuff anyway? Is America getting away from Democratic elections where all voters have a chance to vote for their chosen candidate? How amateurish and foolish Democrats look when they give all their delegates to a candidate who won a state caucus with on 125 votes where millions reside, highly elitist in view of many I have talked too.

Another huge blow for Democrats that paints the DNC as stupid and elitist is what happened in the Michigan and Florida primaries, where MILLIONS of VOTES were cast by Americans and the DNC the idiots blew off and pissed off millions of people who are giving the middle finger to
Howard Dean these days and rightly so.

The Democrats will not win the general election in the fall unfortunately because of their stupidity and in fighting. They will lose to a before hand weak and old Republican candidate who cannot thank Democrats enough for their obvious lack of seeing what the prize is...it's the presidency stupid. He or she who holds that office has the power and everybody else really has jack.
First off, Yes, I am a Hillary Clinton supporter.

BUT...rest assured if she does not get on the ballot, I will have NO problem voting for Barrack Obama.

AND here's why.......The main objective to me, is getting the Republican's out of the White House. Hillary and Barrack's view's are not a major differnce, so all the folks here in the Democratic Party Builder site, should get along with one another, and do what is expected of us all......AND this is VOTE DEMOCRATIC !!

Wishing you ALL a Great Day, and may God Bless our Country

With this blog the 100,000 point level has been broken, and even though the points do not covert to cash they do show how much work you can do. If I the dial up boy can top 100,000 point level in six months then I know everyone else can do it too, so the more all of you use this website the more our right to freedom of speech is exercised. Please contribute your efforts as much as possible here, and rock n’ roll this country back to a democracy that we can all be truly proud to say is the best.

From my understanding there is a need for poll watchers needed for the polls on 02-05-08, and if you are interested you need to contact either me to pass it on to the person that got me into it here in Missouri, or you should contact someone locally ASAP. I do not know which states are in need of poll watchers, or exactly which polling places need them, but I will post a list of states below that are voting on 02-05-08.

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah

Just look back over the last twenty years there has never been a single month with deflation, and millions of Americans do not make a penny more in wages really.
