Frank Lynch hereby calls upon President Barack Obama to make it illegal to wear burkas in America.

We must immediately stop issuing drivers licenses, passports, immigration papers of any sort, or any government identification or registration instruments to any person who even partially covers their face.

Further, under the hate crime laws, it should be a felony punishable by five years imprisonment at hard labor to refuse to shake hands because a person is a woman.

It is time for our government to stop all this ridiculous political correctness of not wanting to offend muslims. We must grow a spine and stand up to extremists. All people are equal, and we cannot and must not tolerate any practices that demean women in any way.

I am disappointed in our President that European countries are taking action to recognize the sanctity of womanhood before our own President does.

President Obama, please exercise leadership in banning the burka, banning the refusal to shake hands with women, and all other extremist traditions that demean women.

Further, all non-profits must be required to ban burkas from their officers, employees, Boards of Directors or Trustees.

Eveery educational institution, from preschool through graduate school, must ban burkas from their premises.

President Nicolas Sarkozydeclared Monday that the Islamic burqa is not welcome in France, branding the face-covering, body-length gown as a symbol of subservience that suppresses women's identities and turns them into "prisoners behind a screen."

But there was a mixed message in the tough words: an admission that the country's long-held principle of ethnic assimilation -- which insists that newcomers shed their traditions and adapt to French culture -- is failing because it doesn't give immigrants and their French-born children a fair chance.

In a high-profile speech to lawmakers in the historic chateau at Versailles, Sarkozy said the head-to-toe Muslim body coverings were in disaccord with French values -- some of the strongest language against burqas from a European leader at a time when some Western officials have been seeking to ease tensions with the Muslim world.

"In our country, we cannot accept that women be prisoners behind a screen, cut off from all social life, deprived of all identity," Sarkozy said to extended applause of the lawmakers gathered where French kings once held court.

"The burqa is not a religious sign, it's a sign of subservience, a sign of debasement -- I want to say it solemnly," he said. "It will not be welcome on the territory of the French Republic."

The Netherlands is about to ban burkas. The country's hardline Integration Minister, Rita Verdonk, known as the Iron Lady for her series of tough anti-immigration measures, told Parliament that she was going to investigate where and when the burka should be banned. The burka, traditional clothing in some Islamic societies, covers a woman's face and body, leaving only a strip of gauze for the eyes.

Mrs Verdonk gave warning that the "time of cosy tea-drinking" with Muslim groups had passed and that natives and immigrants should have the courage to be critical of each other.

She recently cancelled a meeting with Muslim leaders who refused to shake her hand because she was a woman. Great lady!

Although Netherlands has the same inane freedom of expression laws passed in America, she plans to make it a matter of public safety.

In July 2007 I was the first Presidential candidate whose website called for plug in electric cars.

Made In USA All Electric Plug In Car Available NOW!!!

All the world’s auto makers wallow in oil based obsolescence and incompetency, begging for government handouts to enable them to make vehicles that destroy our economy and national security. A silicon valley based American venture capital firm named Tesla, after the Serbian immigrant who made Thomas Edison obsolete by inventing alternating current (you know, AC voltage like is in your house), is building the Tesla plug in electric car that uses absolutely no oil.

Tesla did this for a few hundred million, starting from an empty garage, starting from scratch, at the same time that GM geniuses burned up tens of billions of taxpayer money for pure garbage.

Learn about our made in the USA all electric, no oil car at http://www.teslamotors.com/

The system of Corporate Governance in America is broken. We must destroy the auto companies as the only way to fix the problem. read more at http://blog.franklynch.org/2008/12/03/we-must-nationalize-the-auto-companies-because-sneaky-auto-executives-cheating-on-bailout/
Notice the rush of the Big Three Auto companies' executives to collect the bailout from Congress in time for them to pay themselves hundreds of millions in bonus for Christmas!!

Barack Obama must require that none of the auto companies' executives receive any bonus this year.

Further, Barack must require that they all work for $1.00, One Dollar annual salary in 2009.

Anything else is a total rape not just of the taxpayers, but a rape of all America.
Crime Reducttion Act

Gun Shops and Liquor Stores

Gun shops and liquor stores need to be closed in neighborhoods and communities throughout the United States. This plan will help reduce crime and violence in the United States. Liquor should only be sold in liquor stores.

Curfews

Curfews need to be set in the Spring to 5PM. Curfews need to be set in the summer to 7PM. Curfews need to be set in the fall and winter at 4PM. The curfews need to be activated for individuals under the age of twenty-one.

Law Enforcement

It needs to be more law enforcement and police officers on the streets in all communities and neighborhoods for the next ten years and more. I support providing $350 million in funding for law enforcement and police officers for over ten years. I do not banning assault weapons. Law enforcement and police officers need to be placed at more elementary, high schools and college campuses. Law enforcement needs to play a serious role for preventing and solving crimes. I believe thugs, drug dealers, hoolums and crackheads belong and need to be in jail and off the streets permanently. Also, rapists, robbers, murderers and burglars need to be in jail or given capital punishment.

Economic Security

Law enforcement and police officers need to start patrolling the streets in communities, educational institutions and public places immediately. More security need to be provided at educational institutions, supermarkets, strip and mega malls, office buildings, train stations, convenient stores, banks and financial institutions, restaurants and retail sores. I support approximately 50,000 police officers on the streets in each congressional district to keep neighborhoods and communities safer from crimes.
Healthcare Act

Presription Drugs

I support negotiations for prescription drug costs in the United States. Democrats in Congress need to lower costs of prescription drugs. The Democratic Party need to reduce and freeze the costs for prescription drugs for over ten years.

Medicare, Medicaid and Hospital Bills

Democrats in congress need to lower costs of Medicare, Medicaid and hospital bills by seventy-five percent in the United States to provide more affordable and quality healthcare for every man woman and child. I support Health and Human Service funding of $118 million for over ten years minus wasteful earmarks to keep the healthcare industry fully-funded. Hospital bills need to be reduced by fifty percent for over ten years. Also, Democrars need to eliminate co-payments for doctor visits permanently. The United States need more affordable HMO and PPO healthcare for all Americans and senior citizens. PPO and EPO healthcare need to be reduced by fifty percent for every man, woman and child in the United States.
I am undecided for the Democratic budget resolution. I do not aupport raising taxes for Americans that make $42,000/year or more.
Semocrats in congress have been blunder on the Iraq War in 11oth Congress. The American people should be voting out the Democratic incumbebts and vote for new Democrats in the Primaries in the 50 states. The current incumbents need to be voted out including Nacy Pelosi. As an undergraduate student that is pusuing a law and political career, I have been supporting an Iraq War exit strategy since January 2007. The turmoil of the stock market caused a lose of millions Americans 401K retirement savings and investments. Its time for a change in America. I give Nancy Pelosi and harry Reid a D- for handling the Iraq War. We need to end this war in Iraq and Congress need to do it now. I support cutting the funding for the Iraq War. Congress need to start urging Presidcnt Bush to start bringing us TROOPS HOME now. Ending the Iraq War will restore the economy.
The plan, regardless of whose changes are applied to it, is still a short term reaction to a long term problem.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac must be liquidated. Government caused the problem. Throwing tax dollars down the toilet fixes othing.

This plan will destroy what is left of our economy.

We need a totally different long term plan to cure our totally messed up economy.
Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Japan's largest bank, said on Monday it planned to take a stake of up to one-fifth in U.S. investment bank Morgan Stanley as part of a strategic alliance.

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) said in a statement on Monday it would buy 10-20 percent of the common stock of Morgan Stanley. It said it would decide on the amount it would pay after carrying out due diligence.

Buying 20 percent of Morgan Stanley would cost MUFG about $6 billion based on its total market value of $30 billion.

Morgan Stanley has chnaged into a commercial bank so that it is eligible for greater financial aid, ie more taxpayer bailouts from Paulson, and Japan wants part of the bailout.

Morgan Stanley has been under pressure to raise capital amid a sharp fall in its share price.

What international banking conspiracy?

In the final destruction of all the wonderful laws passed by a thoughtful Congress and Franklin Delano Roosevelt to protect the American people from the excesses and corruption that caused the Great Depression, your totally incompetent governmenthas  taken the final steps to maximize the corruption of our financial system. The last two major independent investment banking/ stock brokerage houses have now officially become commercial banks. Don’t believe me? See:

http://federalreserve.gov/newsevents/press/bcreg/20080921a.htm

My parents told me about the abuses of the Great Depression and how the stock brokers owned by the commercial banks robbed people of their life savings by having people buy stocks in failing companies, and that money was then used to pay back the bad loans to the bank that owned the stockbrokers.

Bush is destroying our nation.

RENO, Nev. â" A few tents cropped up hard by the railroad tracks, pitched by men left with nowhere to go once the emergency winter shelter closed for the summer.

Then others appeared â" people who had lost their jobs to the ailing economy, or newcomers who had moved to Reno for work and discovered no one was hiring.

Within weeks, more than 150 people were living in tents big and small, barely a foot apart in a patch of dirt slated to be a parking lot for a campus of shelters Reno is building for its homeless population. Like many other cities, Reno has found itself with a "tent city" â" an encampment of people who had nowhere else to go.

From Seattle to Athens, Ga., homeless advocacy groups and city agencies are reporting the most visible rise in homeless encampments in a generation.

Nearly 61 percent of local and state homeless coalitions say they've experienced a rise in homelessness since the foreclosure crisis began in 2007, according to a report by the National Coalition for the Homeless. The group says the problem has worsened since the report's release in April, with foreclosures mounting, gas and food prices rising and the job market tightening.
the Wall Street speculators rich.
They will come up with some goofy plan for Fannie and Freddie that will leave serious invesstors wondering how it will affect the stock price

But the insiders will know beforehand and get rich ahead of us.

They should stop trading the stock and have a true takeover just like with the banks where the stock is wiped out forever

But the Wall Street insiders will get rich and you and I will probably pay $10,000 per person in taxes for the bailout
I want to hear barack saying we will not bail out the insiders

A few days ago I criticized the Repub for defrauding investors for permiting trading in the stocks of Fannie mae and Freddie Mac.

Today its was announced that 9 percent of mortgages are late or delinquent. Astoundingly, One of eleven mortgages are bad.

When those people become homeless, things will get much worse.

The cost to the economy and to us taxpayers for all the bank bailouts that will follow will place the US on the verge of bankruptcy.

Homeprices are going to continue to decline, which means more mortgages will be upsidedown (where the mortgage is larger than the home value). That will result in even more people walking away from their mortages, and HOME PRICES WILL DECLINE EVEN FURTHER

for years. . . .

and revene from property taxes will continue to decline, robbing our already short-changed  schools of much needed revenue, so our children will pay the price of government lack of regulation

Yesterday, watching those poor people lining up for buses to yet again flee a hurricane, my heart broke.

With all our riches how can there still be people in America who are so obviously so impoverished and helpless?

Unfortunately, it is because our system of education is broken, failed, shameful.

How can any politician believe that property taxes from impoverished areas can pay for world class schools and world class teachers?

A factor in our broken system of education is that first, teachers are underpaid so that schools for teachers "sometimes" fail to attract the most talented people.

Second, the curricula are not teaching prospective teachers how to really teach.

I want every teacher in America to receive the same starting pay as computer programmers and engineeers.

I want better curicula for preparing teachers.

And I want 3,000,000 more, high paid, talented, dedicated teachers who are fully prepared to teach THE LOVE OF medicine, bioscience, math and engineering, starting in the first grade.

Let us all work for an America where everey child has absolutely equal and excellent education, so that in the future no American is so unprepared for life that they end up helplessly standing in line for buses to flee for their lives.

Please donate, tax deductible, to these goals at http://www.fluni.com

I cannot think of anything more consistent with the core values of our Democratic Party.

On June 6th, 2008 the average price of gasoline across the nation rose to $4 per gallon. “There’s nothing worse for our economy than surging energy prices at record highs,†said Mark Zandi, Chief Economist for Moodys.com. What do Jesse James and Big Oil have in common? Nothing if you believe the legends of Jesse James, who supposedly robbed from the rich and distributed his ill gotten gains to the poor. Big Oil robs from all of us and keeps the ill gotten gains for themselves.   Read More »
