Lord, I have Walked Wounded from high school graduation
Upon a Vietnam enlistment or be drafted having no choices.
My life is a living dream quagmire survival of Political nightmares,
Where my life does not have a status of an elite socialite bureaucrat.

God, can I find a real Angel in Nashville among the Pit Bulls
Where they steal, cheat, rip out to destroy the threads of another soul?
In all off Nashville, can one find the heart of divine compassion,
Or will one come out looking like an Abu Ghraib image of music.

Upon a miracle God, can one have a small song with one’s lyrics
That would bless this soul from so deep inside a poet’s prayer.
It is not about the money, but the heart of an American dream.
Kind of like, when country started its roots, in the hills of poverty.

I have been in Nashville, to find the cutthroat demons of deceit,
Where people wallow so low, they would steal someone dream.
Where Nashville is a Music Row of Madoff swindlers and crooks
That would bulldoze anyone in his or her way, with vile venom labels.

God, are there any Lady Liberty Angels of God Bless Made in America
There that could help one with a miracle lyrical verse for this country.
I want the proceeds to go into a Dolly like account, for youth’s voices
Run by people like Reba, Loretta, and the womb of Nashville’s heart.

Hell this poet, can live in tattered clothing in social security benefits,
But could a dream create a foundation that builds up America’s children,
Or like some Politicians say America must fail a child’s future.
Where streets become Gaza strips of people born and living in failure.

That after being fired a year later, my resume reason for leaving my last job, “Terminated for Poetry.” Is that because the Mission Accomplished of firms like General Motors can “At Will” mute America of it right to question our own government, and it Tory redefined Blackwater religious values.

Your billion Katrina tears have devastated America with your Bush/Hoover Great Depression of utter destruction of American Middle Class into a two class divided society of a Tory Royal Loyal World Order of Socialist Conservative and Progressives exclusive Country Clubs. And then what is left is a Red, White, and Blue "We the people" Whig America of Patriot Act Constitutional Freedom and Democracy.

Obama, while you enjoyed the Liberal support of many and the Kennedy's. You now side with the Clintonion’s of the Bush/Clinton destructive cycle of taking America down in order to build your World Order of Conglomerate values, where our employers are our Plantation owners, who "At Will," like in Red China politics, crush Lady Liberty Civil Liberties in all creative forms of American Artmosphere of Free Speech expressions.

Obama, you did not give US our Declaration of Independence, nor our Proclamation of Emancipation for equality of birthrights, you still enslave the Liberal class of diversity as 1930 blacks. You have segregated America, without the patriotism of our Founding Fathers of Constitutional guarantees, in order to divide America upon a Mason line.

Obama, set this poet free from Microsoft Goliath, where it tries to make one use Internet Explorer with its NSA monitors, and flaws, Where its email says most America cannot email me. I can put my email here as davelyoung1 at Hotmail, but no reporter should be able to talk to a Ben Franklin look alike. It is like I am in a Microsoft prison of Guantanamo email, isolating me with a Microsoft American Patriot Act prisoner. Why even MySpace has it filters of what is delivered and recieved

Put all emails under the US Post Office guidelines and inspections of Constitutional guaranteed delivery of Free Speech for US citizens without dead letter files for email to the media.

Sometimes it takes 30 minutes to close programs that slow the computer and decides what a poet can see and post on the Internet. That information that is deemed Free Speech controversial gets the dead letter grave postmark.

With the need for oil down, now is the time to invest in offshore drilling lease program that are used immediately to put people to work, and since it takes seven years for them to become active to offset OPEC Monopoly of Standard Oil Rockefeller practices. Where are those Cheney voices screaming “Drill Now” Republicans, that Democrats are stopping US from being energy self sufficient. The Billions of profit Big Oil can invest in God Bless Made in America resources for our future. But they will say it is not profitable now. After all they wanted to buy the leases to stop them from being used to bring prices down.

I think that all oil drilled here should be taxed here as soon as it is taken out of the earth, before it is sent overseas without taxes and mixed as OPEC-A oil and imported back at a higher rate for the bottom line and with reduced taxes paid, but monster profits. The amount of oil imported must be subtracted from the oil exported and taxes paid on that difference, where oil companies do not rape the country it resides in. Tax shelters should require true faith and not a Mission Accomplished prefabricated shell con game.

There needs to be a secondary tax level for CEO compensation that has no write offs but a float fee, where they pay a flat fee for their greed. That it include personal use of Corporate property.

Congress need to be a part of the solution, so in those Congress Country Club retirement funds of these Tory officials, they must be tied to Social Security, where if it fails, so does their exclusive privilege, even if solvent they suffer as “We the people.” There should be a certain amount of Congress's children, that must go to Public School. If not, the percentage difference must be added with Public School children of educational excellence qualification getting into those posh private schools. In fact Congress needs to have Washington DC Public Schools become the role model of diversities equality. Obama you must go into Washington DC Public Schools and create the inspiration of learning.

Okay, I said it had to start in Tory Nashville’s Music Row; well, maybe it needs to be in Washington DC HeArt of the American Artmosphere. Let US start the Franklin American Artmosphere Foundation there. A non-profit organization to promote the American musical spirit of creative dreams in our children’s future. The program is where patriot citizens of creative talents share their talents with children who have similar interests. It can start with music where musicians play music string with others who want something to believe in. People volunteer for two- one hour sessions twice a year being a mentor to create the spark that may excel children with dreams. After music it could be the writers, poets, painters, sculptors , and the culture onto the History and Heritage of our Roots. How many sparks could fly from the Gaza Strips of failed teaching, when one is give a dream to exist on? While in the program, I would say Politicians be banned, Obama you could plant the seed that seeds generation after generation of children dreams. I think you know why Politicians must be excluded, unless they have the HeArt of the American Artmosphere singing inside them. It cannot be used as a political platform.

Civilian Civil Liberties Oversight Board

President Elect Obama, the Democratic Party, and Congress must convene a Constitutional Oversight Committee. From our nations Constitution civilian scholars, historians, lawyers, and supporters, they must study the framework needed to restore Civil Liberties with Checks and Balances. Where the trilogy of three equal but separate branches of power are supported with the Scales of Justice in Concrete Accounting of the Truth, Duty, Honor, and the values of our founding fathers. That American cannot support anything in prefabrications of Intelligence in Mission Accomplished of Lies. That America cannot be defined in Abu Ghraib and Katrina pictures of Presidential redefinitions upon the Blackwater of carpetbaggers of Creative Accounting, where Subprime manipulations evade the laws of the land.

It is my prayers that they suggest an oversight committee to oversee ALL surveillance programs to assure Constitutional compliance. This committee needs to have three people from different areas of Constitutional knowledge from all three branches of the Federal Government, plus four civilian members from different element of the Constitution; Law, Scholar, Historian, and a respected patriot whose values are Constitutional motivated. Each one of these will have the highest level of security, and trained as such, there main purpose is to keep any branch from redefining our Constitution “At Will” and protect US from Patriot Acts that never end.

Oh these Southern Senators who will not support any Made in America union workers, who only support foreign automotive Conglomerates with non union southern workers. They figure they will get these jobs by failing to support Made in America Corporaions

These Southern states have poured billions of dollars into foreign car manufactures and tax benefits and their U. S. Senators will not support an American Automotive Company because it has Made In America union members, why that is treasonous.

Why these Senators claim to have brought foreign car non-union manufacturers to the South in their reelection campaign, where lots of Mercedes, BMW, and Japanese campaign funds fills there campaign chests.

But because these American companies are American and have union members they are somehow less deserving, why these Senators have outsourced their patriotic souls.

I ask Senator Selby, how much has Alabama supported Mercedes Benz in tax dollars? Why does he include them in his legacy?

I say if ANY elected official is caught selling public positions by bribes, cohesion, or returned favors they be indicted in Federal Courts under a Federal Ethics law, it is time to clean up these criminal element who state they work for "We the people."

I pray Obama is a "We the people" President like George Washington and not like a Tory Royal Conglomerate Conservative Bush. "We the people need to create a song to show the World, America in strength that say so patriotically we will never surrender our children's dreams. I am trying in a miracle to somehow have the right people in Nashville come forward as having faith that music can unite this nation in love. I need the help of a lot of Democrats to work on a lot of Royal Republicans to get this into the airwaves.

Is the Democratic Party Becoming Incorporated

Looks like the Bush Republic is continuing by transferring power to the Democrats. It seems the same platform is being set up that does not address Bush abuse of power, and the Patriot Act denial of Civil Liberties.

Our media, email, and communication medium controlled by Conglomerates, who stifle Free Speech. Why emails from ABC, and others are being filtered out for some users. It is like we are in Red China with a premier. I hope Obama takes Bush's redefinitions and trows them in the trash, and go back to our founding fathers words.

How will Obama be truly different than Bush?
